Now that you have linked your funding source with Questbook, you should see a navigation pane on the left side of your screen that looks like what is shown below. From here click on “Grants”

At the top right of the next screen you’ll see the option for “Post a new grant”. Click it! 🖱️

Here’s where you can fill in all the details of your grant. You can add all the necessary fields like Title, Summary, and Details (overview of the grant including requirements, deliverables and milestones).

The next fields allow you to add additional capture details to the grant. The fields that are default colored in purple are required to be a part of the proposal form. You can select the non - colored fields and they will then be added to the proposal form. An explanation of each of the fields is below:
- Name: Name of the proposer
- Wallet Address: The wallet address that they will use to sign/authorize their proposal and where grants will be disbursed
- Usage of Grant (optional): This is where proposers can share a breakdown on how the grant amount will be used
- Project Links (optional): A link to their website, GitHub, Notion, or other pages where information on what they are building is available
- Project Goals (optional): Information on the different goals the project is looking to achieve with the grant.
- Milestones (optional): Milestones by definition are an action or event marking a significant change or stage in development. You can select single or multiple milestones. If this field is selected, the proposers can share the milestone along with a milestone payout amount that they’ll be expecting linked with that milestone
- Email: This is the email address where notifications and updates will be sent.
